when working or dealing with others, work to empower and inspire
people, and create or foster a positive energy between individuals
and the group or organization.

the team and the individuals involved – whether in a
sub-ordinate / reporting role or peer environment / working
group.
For
the Leaders / Managers:
Leadership / management can be a really tough role or
position to be in. Some leaders / managers have such a
sharp or competitive edge, that the needs of their people
can become secondary. For others, honouring people can be
a challenge due to their past experiences or training (or
lack of training), or the limiting or harsh management style
of a company’s executive leadership or corporate culture.
For
the organizations / leaders / managers that seek to create
and/or foster a positive and empowering, “helping
your people be the best they can be” approach –
where challenges, obstacles, goal-setting is handled with
a coach-like approach- this group of people will statistically
have a much greater chance of achievement.
“The
Coaching Manager” program is designed to assist, enhance
and empower those in the role of team leader / manager to
adopt and bring to reality this type of attitude, energy
and personality for the greater success of ALL involved!
For
the Peer Environment / Committee / Volunteer Groups:
TERAGRAM
Coaching and Consulting Group modifies the coaching manager
program for the different mechanics working within peer
environment / committee / volunteer groups. TCCG understands that what it takes to motivate
these groups is different than for the leaders / managers
who have the outcomes built into their performance / evaluation.TCCG understands what
is like to lead volunteer organizations / groups and has
worked with many organizations to assist with this type
of dynamic.

a coaching manager, it will be necessary for you to be able
to convert the theory into practice, and continue to practice
your skills, as well as continually ask for feedback from
the people you work with. Having your own coach will help
