Collaboratively creating a plan or roadmap before embarking on the coaching journey is essential and beneficial. This enables efficiency, synergy and purposefulness in the coaching relationship.

Coaching Programs and Packages

Picture yourself heading out on a “road trip”. There are a number of approaches you could take:

a. Heading out with an “exploratory” intention – “Where can I go?”

b. Heading out with a destination in sight – “I need to arrive at X”

c. Heading out - knowing the “next stop” I'd like to make however the “final destination” I'm not quite clear where that is.

Determining the best approach, where both the person being coached and the organization’s objectives are met, is developed based upon a combination of fact-to-face meetings and private one-on-one coaching sessions.

Having a coaching plan provides a greater Return on Investment (ROI).

Coaching Plans:

The plans displayed are suggestions only and can be customized to the client's specific requirement in regards to format and length of the individual session.

Level 1 -
2 hours of coaching per month
Format - telephone or face-to-face *local on-site office visits
Length of individual coaching session – 40 - 60 minutes depending on format
Frequency – 2 - 3 times per month depending on format
Commitment – 3-month period
Includes Profile XT Total Person & Performance Indicator assessment report
 


Level 2 -
3 hours of coaching per month
Format - telephone or face-to-face *local on-site office visits or a combination of both
Length of individual coaching session – 45 - 60 minutes depending on format
Frequency – 3 - 4 times per month depending on format
Commitment – 3-month period
Includes Profile XT Total Person & Performance Indicator assessment report


Level 3 -
4 hours of coaching per month
Format - telephone or face-to-face *local on-site office visits or a combination of both
Length of individual coaching session – 60 minutes
Frequency – 4 times per month
Commitment – 4-month period
Includes Profile XT Total Person & Performance Indicator assessment report


Level 4 -
6 hours of coaching per month
Format - telephone or face-to-face *local on-site office visits or a combination of both
Length of individual coaching session – 120 minutes
Frequency – 3 times per month
Commitment – 5-month period
Includes Profile XT Total Person & Performance Indicator assessment report


Level 5 -
8 hours of coaching per month
Format - face-to-face *local on-site office visits OR a combination of face-to-face and telephone
Length of individual coaching session – 120 minutes
Frequency – 4 times per month
Commitment - 6-month period.
Includes Profile XT Total Person & Performance Indicator assessment report

Level 6  -
Periodic laser focused coaching anytime, following an initial commitment period
Format – telephone or face-to-face local meeting/office visit
Length of session – generally 60 minutes plus
Frequency – generally a single session
Commitment – none
Suitable for previously coached TERAGRAM clients seeking coaching focused on a specific situation.


Your investment includes all file preparation, pre and post session file review, a variety of resources dependent on client need, email support between sessions, updates and debriefing as required and local travel.

*Local on-site visits - local is defined as a maximum of a 30-minuteone-way travel time.
