In today's workforce, teams are often made up of a diverse group of people with a variety of characteristics. When team members are face with differences like age, gender, culture, sexual orientation and religion, team leaders may find it difficult to get them to work as a cohesive unit. Poor team work can prevent your workplace teams from working effectively and achieving their goals.
